Transmission

Transmission depends on meme size and on transmit/receive capacity (traits and skills), gated by a shared-language check. Language itself is just a lore meme.

Knowledge is free; capability is bound

Transmission of a meme is never gated by materials or tools — only discovery and execution are. You can be taught bronze-working on a tinless island; you simply can’t invent or practise it until tin is in reach. See Authoring Rules → Material & tool requirements.

This is what makes the player a force of history: you are knowledge made mobile and deliberate — carrying memes across the gaps the autonomous sim leaves open.
